Santiago Escobar-Jaramillo, architect of the National University of Colombia; Master (merit) in Photography and Urban Cultures, Goldsmiths College-University of London, with projects in Africa, Asia, South America, Europe and the United States; with awards and participation in numerous exhibitions, including: 42 Salón Nacional de Artistas; Fototeca de Cuba; at festivals and meetings in Istanbul, Venice, Lima, Oaxaca, Montevideo, El Salvador, Paraty, Santiago de Queretaro, Photo Bogota 2011 and winner of the Portfolio Review Festival de la Luz 2015. Photo Presenter TEDxCESA and universities Harvard and MIT with his project "COLOMBIA, tierra de luz". He has published several books with Villegas Editores since 2010, as "Colombia Solidaria", "London, gap my mind" with Agora Producción Cultural, and the self-published "Elefante Blanco". He has also served as lecturer, juror, lecturer and workshop leader for National Geographic Student Expeditions, Fujifilm, ACNUR-ONU, Don Bosco-Camboya, Bank of the Republic and Zona Cinco. Member of the Urban Photographers Association in London, Hydra in Mexico, +1 Collective, Chroma and FUJIFILM X-Photographer for Colombia.
